ICTK, Internet Center for Short-Term Therapy was created with the goal of providing psychotherapeutic help to those who need it, in an efficient and simple manner.

Based on years of experience, we have set out to make the process of scheduling therapy as convenient as possible. We achieved this by implementing:

We work using the SFBT method, meaning Solution-focused Brief Therapy. Unlike traditional forms of therapy, SFBT facilitates the development of solutions in the shortest possible time, based on the Clients’ goals, without excessive analysis of the problems’ root causes. The focus is put primarily on the Clients’ needs and resources, in order to create a desired vision of the future.

We provide individual psychotherapy as well as couples and family therapy. We support adults, children and adolescents. Additionally, we also work with companies in supporting their employees.
